The scale of the facility makes it the last stop before building and actual CCS connected to industrial sources of CO2.

"Longship" is a new, large project for capturing and store CO2, using the result from test centers like TCM.

It would store captured CO2 under the seabed in the North sea, in the same formations that stored the Norwegian oil and gas resources.
